I started to film to preserve my French summer vacations. In the movie Six Seconds I got disappointed that I didn't manage to catch the reality on tape as the reality took another turn. What I filmed came soon to a conflict whit all the material I had gathered that summer long. The movie's purpose came to be a manifestation of taking back death and to take control of my memories from that summer.

Six étés is a continuing work of the movie Six Seconds. This piece was made under the time I cut the movie and before I got the sad news that one om my relatives passed away. When it all was about to preserve. Iv'e used stills from the digital movie that I developed on a photopolymer plate. This to make the digital analoge to make it more real and to be able to touch the pictures and the texture. It's black ink on the plates with then is pressed on a paper that is about 1.5m high and 0,5m wide.
